Gentle Yoga Flow
brings a sense of ease to your week. This class synchronizes breath with movement. We'll draw from Hatha, Pilates, Vinyasa Flow, and other yoga styles. Focus on alignment while building strength, flexibility, balance and concentration. Nurture yourself in the morning and feel better all day, or in the evening and sleep like a baby! All levels welcome.

Ray Jayne Flores has embraced yoga exploration for nine years. She taught on Catalina Island for four years until her move to Yucca Valley a year ago. She attended Pranayama Weekend at the White Lotus Foundation in Santa Barbara to celebrate her 50th Birthday in 2005 and returned for their teachers training program with Ganga White and Tracey Rich in March 2007. She also went to the White Lotus to continue her education for Therapeutic Yoga Training with Cheri Clampett and Arturo Peal earlier this year.

Her classes have a creative and intuitive flow and she takes her inspiration from many sources. She is honored to share in the yoga adventure with all who practice here. Life goes better with Yoga!

Karen Tracy's enthusiastic private practice spans over 15 years and many styles of yoga. She studied with Max Thomas of Living Yoga of the Desert and with the Himalayan Institute in Allahabad, India. Most recently she completing the Kripalu 200 hour teacher training at Esalen in March, 2013. Known in the Joshua Tree area as both a rock climber and weight lifter for over 25 years, Karen professes that yogini is her preferred designation. She has experience guiding her students in flexibility and balance which translates literally, into living a flexible and balanced life.

Hot Core Yoga combines isolated core work with Hatha postures in a heated room. An intermediate class for those looking for a challenging mix of yoga with a spicy dash of pilates. Prior yoga experience recommended.

Essential Oil Rejuvenation Yoga
, decompress after your busy week! A relaxing combination of gentle yoga, aromatherapy and essential oils create the ultimate experience to wind down and rejuvenate you! All levels welcome.

Georgina Jane Meister has been practicing yoga for ten years and is a 250 RYT teacher trained at Sivananda Ashram in Grass Valley, California. Originally from Orange County, she spent the past two years teaching Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga in the Newport Harbor and the open ocean off Laguna Beach.

Hot Power Vinyasa
is a challenging blend of Ashtanga and Hatha yoga. Each pose builds on the one before, and flows into the next, connecting mind + body through breath, strength, balance and flexibility. Step outside your routine and go deeper into your yoga practice. This class will leave you feeling vital, stronger, more energized and centered.

Please note: Sabrina teaches Hot Power Yoga in a much warmer environment than our other classes. You WILL sweat!! Students need to hydrate before, during and after this 90 minute practice.

Bring a full-length towel to cover your yoga mat and a smaller hand towel for your face + body. Towels are also available to rent for $2.

Barre Sculpt Yoga
is a energetic blend of ballet, Pilates and yoga. Barre exercises use your body weight to create a long, lean "dancer-like" body. Ballet postures build core stability and balance while improving posture and inner strength. Use of small hand weights build muscle. Wind down with a focus on breath and elements of yoga.This class will leave you feeling energized, supple and graceful. Prior yoga experience suggested.

Sabrina Bennett feels yoga has balanced her life and changed her body physically, more than any other form of exercise. She received her certification from Calyoga in 2012. She has taught at Five Star Gym and at Westin Hills Resort in Palm Desert.

"From the minute I first stepped on my mat, I knew there was something more to yoga than stretching and breathing. Yoga creates a deep spiritual connection and sense of peace and freedom that I want to share. Salila Drukas
feels that yoga brings her closest to the essential expression of her life and true self. Yoga can facilitate the peeling back of layers, like an onion, to reveal ones core nature. She feels the practice of developing mindfulness and the challenge of opening the body, mind and heart, can set you free.

Salila received her yoga teaching certificate from The White Lotus Foundation in Santa Barbara. She spent the last five years as a student of Max Thomas, teaching at Living Yoga of the Desert during the past two years. She has traveled extensively in the US teaching martial arts, and spent nearly a year in silence, on Vipassana retreats, meditating and practicing yoga.

Vibrant Vinyasa

Heather Meyer is an ever evolving yogini. Throughout her many transitions: young professional, military spouse, full time Mom or yoga instructor, yoga has remained a constant in her life. Heather first came to yoga through Martial Arts in the 90s. Martial arts also led her to Cross Fit but yoga remains her true passion. She got her certification from, Mind The Mat, in Alexandria, Virginia and taught her first yoga class in 1998. She has a dedicated Meditation, Kundalini and Yin practice and attends workshops and retreats to further enhance her knowledge. She feels teaching and practicing are essential to her furthering evolution as both a yoga student and instructor.

Core Integrity Yoga uses traditional yoga asanas as well as isolated Pilates-inspired movement that builds toned core muscles, essential for spinal support, improved posture and ease of movement. With consistent attendance, this is a transformative class that will make you and your yoga practice, noticeably stronger. All levels welcome.

Patricia Thompson is in love with yoga. She has been teaching yoga for six years, and finds that with every class she learns more and becomes more excited about the yoga tradition. She encourages students to approach their practice with self-love, curiosity and patience as they encounter themselves on the mat. Students can expect to be challenged in Patricia's classes as they explore the deeper and more subtle aspects of who they are, by creating a relationship with the breath and paying attention to how it feels to be connected with their body.

Patricia received her first 200 hour teacher certification from the Sivananda Ashram in Grass Valley, CA. This experience inspired her to complete a second 200 hour certification from Yoga Yoga, in Austin, TX.

Yin Yoga
uses floor postures that are held for longer periods of time. As you relax and linger in a posture, your muscles soften and move closer to bone, nurturing connective tissues of the ligaments, fascia and energizing channels of the meridians, nerves + circulatory systems. Calming + balancing, Yin yoga aims to take you on a deeper journey into awareness of your inner silence + to living life mindfully.

Neysa Griffith is an accomplished artist, healer, author and alchemist. She has been enjoying & employing movement as medicine since 1991. Trained in somatic & bodywork therapies at the Esalen Institute, she has been touching people, in one way or another, for the past 20 years.
While living in Santa Cruz she studied with Theresa Dale at the California College of Natural Medicine and received her degrees in Holistic Nutrition & Traditional Naturopathy.

A lifelong passion for music led her into the field of sound medicine where she discovered the key of everything. Her dance with the sacred has taken her around the medicine wheel and she is a graduate of The Four Winds Light Body School. This path encourages accessing intuitive rivers of wisdom, seeing through the eyes of the heart, and realizing that the condition of our world depends upon the condition of our consciousness.

Neysa has a healing center in Joshua Tree, for her divine energy body work. She also creates + distributes an organic raw chocolate sustainable energy drink mix called TruFuel and celebrates life daily.

Tobi each week will accompany a different yoga teacher, please check our schedule. This 90 min class will give you 60 min of yoga, with 15 min of deep stretching and a 15 min meditation during which Tobi plays Tibetan, Himalayan and Chrystal Alchemy singing bowls, on or over the body, creating sound that rebalances energies though oscillation and resonance. Bringing the body into relaxation and harmony.

Sound Bath Meditation, come experience relaxation therapy using guided meditation, conscious breath, Tibetan and Chrystal Alchemy singing bowls which create pure sine sound waves which flow through every cell of your body. Tobi Rae Guillian is a mountian girl, desert goddess, a student of grace, compassion, humbly and a passionate mystic in love with the divine and humanity. In 2009, starting to practice yoga changed her inner compass and in 2015 she completed yoga certification though CalYoga.

An instinctive calling to be a healer led Tobi to complete her 1st and 2nd degree levels in Ushi Reiki Ryoho method of Natural Healing in 2016.

To further enrich her healing arts she traveled to Sedona, Arizona in 2016 to become certified in Sound Therapy through the Vibrational Sound Association.

Caryn Davidson completed her yoga teacher training at the White Lotus Foundation in Santa Barbara, CA. The philosophy of White Lotus is to draw from the deep traditions of yoga while remaining non-dogmatic and open to the influences of the different contexts in which yoga is practiced. Everyone is drawn to yoga for different reasons, so approaching it as a personal exploration can keep one's practice fresh and engaging. Caryn teaches a slower paced evening class that encourages students to relax both body and mind while focusing on coordinating the breath and movement. She has been inspired by several past teachers, and by her daughter Claire.

Gabriella Nagy has been practicing yoga and mindfulness since high school. She completed her teacher training in Ojai at the Lulu Bandha’s Yoga School with Kira Ryder and adds to her knowledge by attending workshops and teacher trainings. Gabriella has been a yoga instructor for ten years working with a wide spectrum of students, from advanced to those with physical disabilities. Her unique teaching style is based on Self Acceptance and Self Love inspired by the philosophy of Louise Hay.

Gabriella’s gentle and loving personality creates a safe environment where students can become aware of the profound effect synchronizing movement with breath has on the mind and body. Ryan Mussen has written music and played in bands since 1999. He plays guitar, bass, drums and harmonium. Music and performing has been his personal meditation practice, a way of turning negative energy into positive. His songs reveal truths to himself and the listener, his way to connect with his audience on a personal level. His work as a sound therapist is a new way of connecting and offering relaxation and healing through sound. Ryan has been playing Tibetan bowls and gongs since 2012.

Ryan is also a certified massage therapist since 2013. This avocation came from his own experience with chronic back pain. He now hopes to help people find relief and improve their quality of life. For more info about his massage and meditation services visit his website @

Nicole Tarro is a lifelong student of movement with a varied background as a Yogi, Pilates practitioner, and classically trained Dancer. She has been teaching Pilates for 15 years and received her Yoga training from Yoga Tree San Francisco in 2012. She also holds a degree in Dance Science and Choreography from SFSU.
